Health and Safety Senior Advisor

In this position, you will support EPCOR’s objective of prioritizing safety in all operations. This permanent, full-time role incorporates your background in Occupational Health and Safety and 5-8 years of experience in managing H&S processes. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop proactive measures, conduct audits, and enhance safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the H&S Subject Matter Expert on safety protocols
• Guide staff on compliance, assessments, and planning
• Lead strategic H&S program development efforts
• Manage H&S Management System implementations
• Analyze and monitor H&S performance trends
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• 5-8 years experience in H&S roles and programs
• Registration with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in incident investigation and management
