Senior Organizational Change Lead - CLEO

Drive change management initiatives with the Consumer Licensing Enquiry project as a Senior Organizational Change Manager. Utilize AI tools for stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption in a collaborative environment.

As part of the Government of Alberta's OCM team, you will guide the successful rollout of the CLEO initiative.

Your role includes business readiness, developing strategies for AI-enabled changes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery while fostering awareness and user adoption of new business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated change management strategies aligned with project milestones

• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments throughout project deliveries

• Create communication materials and training resources for stakeholders

• Monitor readiness indicators and stakeholder engagement levels

• Facilitate transition activities for sustained operational use of CLEO

Requirements:

• Experience in organizational change management and business readiness

• Understanding of AI-enabled environments and tools

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Familiarity with project governance and documentation practices

• Ability to support post-implementation sustainment and improvements
