Bird is searching for a Proposal Specialist to orchestrate high-quality proposals across various industrial sectors. This role involves driving complex EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will support pursuits in numerous domains, including utilities, water, and infrastructure, while mentoring junior members in proposal excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Collaborate with technical teams on submissions
• Develop compelling proposal content and messaging
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and review cycles
• Update proposal content library and maintain compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in proposal development
• Proven experience in industrial projects
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe In Design
• Ability to manage concurrent proposals and deadlines
