  • Collaborate with a broad stakeholder group across operations, supply chain, and support functions to identify improvement opportunities, align on priorities, and define project scope
  • Partner closely with Process Improvement Analysts to leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support problem diagnosis, quantify opportunities, and track project performance
  • Analyze operational data to diagnose issues, quantify opportunities, and track performance against targets
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and project meetings to drive alignment and progress
  • Develop and maintain process maps, standard work, and performance measures to support sustainment of improvements
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and barriers to successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with IT to support system related improvements and ensure alignment between process and technology
  • Develop project plans and roadmaps, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet defined objectives
  • Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and Senior Managers
Qualifications
  • Post secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-plus years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or project management roles
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, where problems are not well defined and solutions require exploration, structure, and iteration
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data to inform decisions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using PowerBI to analyze data and support reporting and insights
  • Working knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power Point
