Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Groups & Events ensuring flawless guest experiences

• Maintain operations of games, coat check, and retail areas

• Achieve sales targets while managing the budget

• Train and develop staff across various service areas

• Uphold compliance with Health and Food Safety regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Strong knowledge of restaurant principles and practices

• Valid alcohol service certificate required

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
