Job Description :
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business& Change Management Analyst in Edmonton, AB!
Must Have Primary Skills :
5+ years experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
5+ years experience supporting technology, process, organizational design, or IT operations initiatives
5+ years experience developing project documents, business cases, roadmaps, governance materials, and project reporting
5+ years experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders
5+ years experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
5+ years experience gathering detailed business and technical requirements
5+ years experience leading project governance, Change Management, and communication activities
Strong experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, UAT, implementation, and organizational readiness
Education & Experience:
University degree in Business, Information Systems, Change Management, or a related discipline
4+years of progressively responsible experience in Business Analysis,Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related fields
Certified Business Analyst (IIBA) or equivalent
Certified
Change Management Professional such as Prosci, ACMP, CMI, or APMG
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
5+ years experience with complex IT systems, data sources, web services, and legacy systems
Experience with data integration between applications
Experience as a Change Manager on large, complex software application projects
Active PMP certification
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience with Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or similar Change Management methodologies
Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement
Proven Experience In :
Leading complex Business Analysis and Change Management initiatives
Developing project plans, reporting, roadmaps, governance documents, and business cases
Requirements gathering and business process improvement
Stakeholder engagement and senior leadership communication
Change impact, organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption
Supporting technology projects from planning through implementation
Working with cross-functional technical and business teams
