THE ROLE As a Rink Maintainer, you will play a key role in preparing and maintaining skating rinks throughout the winter season. You will be responsible for flooding and grooming ice surfaces, snow removal, facility inspections, and ensuring public amenities are clean and operational. Through your efforts, you will help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for skaters and visitors while ensuring facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field
Experience
In ice rink maintenance
In operating ice rink equipment
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
