PCL Constructors is seeking a proactive student for a 4 to 12-month role starting January 2027. You will be supervised by the Director of HSE Programs while gaining real-world experience in corporate HSE initiatives. Key responsibilities will focus on program development, stakeholder collaboration, and safety inspections to bolster your foundational HSE knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and improvement of HSE programs

• Assist in research and analysis for corporate HSE priorities

• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and maintain HSE documentation

• Participate in workplace inspections and hazard identification

• Engage in Joint Work Site Health and Safety Committee activities

Requirements:

• Foundational knowledge of HSE principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
