Mining Technology Project Manager

• Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Support organizational change management efforts for successful adoption and sustainment of improvements
• Establish performance metrics and measure project success against business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and project risk
• Preferred:
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Preferred:
  Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management certification
• Preferred:
  Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives
• Preferred:
  Experience with in industrial, mining, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or service environments
