Your role will be pivotal in addressing stakeholder needs and aligning system capabilities with institutional objectives. This position champions user understanding and adoption of AQOE-sponsored platforms through effective training and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for AQOE-sponsored platforms

• Facilitate requirements gathering with various stakeholders

• Translate business needs into functional system requirements

• Develop training materials that promote platform understanding

• Support ongoing operational enhancements and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• Five years of experience as an Analyst

• Strong facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders

• Proven ability to create process documentation

• Comfort in complex and evolving environments
