Must Have
University graduation in Business, Management, or related discipline + 4 years of Project Coordinator experience
Two-year diploma in Business, Management, or related discipline + 6 years of Project Coordinator experience
One-year certificate in Business, Management, or related discipline + 7 years of Project Coordinator experience
8 years of Project Coordinator experience
5+ years experience as a Project Coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of IT projects in an environment of similar size and complexity
5+ years experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
5+ years experience developing project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures, and dashboards
5+ years experience managing multiple projects concurrently

Nice to Have
2+ years experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects for the Alberta Provincial Government, either directly or through vendors supporting these projects
2+ years experience coordinating reorganization projects involving department name changes and movement of people, services, or programs between business departments or ministries
5+ years experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, including at the executive level
4+ years experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels
5+ years experience leading change management and communication planning
