Cascadia Metals is currently accepting resumes for the position of Sales Support Representative in our Edmonton office. In this permanent, full-time role, we are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion's mindset and values. The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of the team.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Data entry, including entering sales orders and completing periodic system updates (e.g., quarterly pricing updates, coil tag date maintenance, and reserving new tags to blanket orders)
Monitoring the status of incoming inventory, including interbranch transfers, to ensure timely receipt for order fulfillment

Following up on customer orders to ensure they are completed and delivered on time; identifying potential issues in advance and notifying the team to prevent delays

Recording and tracking order delivery statistics

Obtaining proof of delivery (POD) from internal teams or third-party carriers and providing documentation to customers as required

Supporting the Inventory Coordinator by monitoring vessel ETAs and communicating any significant changes

Coordinating inbound container shipments with the Edmonton warehouse, including tracking location and status during final transit and ensuring timely arrival for offloading

Updating receiving records once inventory is received from container shipments

Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree is preferred. A self-starterexceptional communication and organizational skillsA "How Can I Help?" attitude
