Join Fleetworthy as a Business Analyst within our Data Operations team, where you'll bridge high-level strategic goals with actionable plans. This role demands expertise in translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You'll manage multiple concurrent initiatives across various domains, ensuring teams execute with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct follow-up interviews to capture detailed requirements
• Create structured Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteria
• Maintain Confluence documentation on project details
• Coordinate cross-team workflow between Data Services and Platform
• Ideate and plan with leadership on high-level solutions
Requirements:
• 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and advanced Excel
• Experience with ticketing systems and data platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
