Position: Supervisor for Child and Youth Services
Inspire young minds as a Supervisor at Castle Downs Family YMCA, Edmonton. This role is focused on developing dynamic programs and supporting a motivated team of staff and volunteers.

As part of the YMCA team, you will oversee child and youth programs, ensuring they are engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate. Your responsibilities include training, monitoring program effectiveness, and participating in community initiatives. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming space that supports children and their families while reflecting YMCA's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach staff and volunteers effectively

• Oversee daily operations of youth programs

• Develop inclusive program schedules for all age groups

• Enforce health and safety protocols in the environment

• Actively participate in team meetings for program improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• At least 1 year in a leadership capacity

• Knowledge of youth development principles

• Certification in First Aid and CPR required

• Flexibility in work hours is essential
