The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is seeking a passionate Associate Director for its Child Care Centre. In this full-time position, you will develop and oversee essential programs, service delivery, and financial management, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective community engagement. Your leadership will support Métis children, fostering relationships with stakeholders and enhancing program offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program development aligned with Métis Government principles
• Oversee daily operations and marketing strategies
• Implement budgeting and policy frameworks
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
• Foster relationships with community partners
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Early Learning or related field
• Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• 5 years leadership experience with direct reports
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
