Key Responsibilities:
• Provide centre coverage for operational management
• Lead staff training and compliance initiatives
• Maintain effective communication with families and communities
• Conduct compliance audits and support licensing preparation
• Coach employees to promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in the childcare field
• Management experience preferred
• Child Development Supervisor Certificate (Alberta, Level
3)
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Valid First Aid and recent Police Check required
