Ukrainian Arts Coordinator

Join the Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts as a proactive Gallery & Boutique Coordinator in Edmonton. This role involves coordinating community arts programming and engaging with culture through events and workshops.

As a Gallery & Boutique Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day operations in our Edmonton gallery, ensuring efficient delivery of arts programming and events. Key aspects of the role include scheduling workshops, coordinating volunteer efforts, and producing ACUA Vitae magazine. Weekend and evening work will be necessary, and a flexible approach is essential to meet the demands of community-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan community arts workshops and special events

• Coordinate volunteer support for arts programming

• Organize logistics for workshops and events

• Produce ACUA Vitae magazine with input from writers and printers

• Provide excellent customer service at the gallery

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Experience in arts programming is a plus

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Access to a vehicle is beneficial for offsite events
