Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph residential properties using HDR techniques

• Capture drone photography and videography of listings

• Shoot cinematic walkthrough tours and short social media videos

• Operate iGuide for 3D virtual tours and floor plans

• Assist with post-production editing and file organization

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in photography and videography

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions

• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle

• Flexible part-time availability, including evenings
