Your role encompasses pitching, researching, and publishing stories across multiple platforms. You will respond to breaking news and engage deeply with diverse communities for rich, inclusive storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and produce original stories for digital, television, and social media

• Quickly respond to breaking news and gather information

• Analyze and present complex information live on-air

• Foster connections with sources to enhance story depth

• Collaborate with the team to develop long-term news coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of journalism experience

• Proven ability in breaking news and fast-paced environments

• Strong writing and editing skills across all media

• Knowledge of Alberta's socio-political landscape

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
