Key Responsibilities:

• Edit breaking and feature news for diverse platforms

• Ensure editorial quality and consistency in all content

• Develop compelling headlines that encourage reader engagement

• Serialize multimedia projects and newsletters

• Coach journalists and uphold best practices

Requirements:

• Five years of journalism experience or equivalent

• Deep knowledge of Canadian Press style

• Strong ability to manage fast-moving information

• Familiarity with legal and ethical journalism issues

• Valid driver’s license and relevant driving record
