Key Responsibilities:

• Edit multimedia and breaking news content

• Collaborate with editorial teams for high-quality journalism

• Write and publish engaging headlines and digital content

• Monitor developments to keep news current and relevant

• Facilitate skill development in freelance and staff journalists

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field

• At least five years of journalism experience

• Strong understanding of CBC’s editorial standards

• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills

• Flexible availability for diverse work hours
