This role is pivotal for managing administrative tasks critical to client engagement. You will prepare important documents, analyze client accounts, and handle inquiries effectively. Your efforts will strengthen advisor-client relationships and promote a positive service culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Investment Advisors with diverse administrative needs

• Prepare documentation and reports for client interactions

• Facilitate communication with clients and internal staff

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations

• Contribute to maintaining high service standards

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in banking or administration

• Completion of an undergraduate degree or diploma is preferred

• Must be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR)

• Strong skills in communication and relationship building

• Understanding of wealth management concepts is an advantage
