As the Senior Analyst on the Finance team, you will impact financial planning and reporting processes at Assisted Living Alberta. With a post-secondary degree and substantial experience in financial roles, you’ll validate financial data and assist with comprehensive budget processes. Your contributions will support seniors and vulnerable populations in accessing essential services while ensuring financial accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead scenario planning for operating budgets
• Prepare financial statements and related reports
• Develop budgets for government submission
• Reconcile financial data for accuracy
• Provide actionable insights for decision-making
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• At least 3 years in financial planning or accounting role
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting software proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
