As part of CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will work full-time in a dynamic banking center.
Your role as a Client Service Expert focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while assisting clients with transactions and financial products. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as you may be assigned to different locations to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide knowledgeable support on banking services
• Engage clients with empathy and understanding

Requirements:
• Experience in financial services or client interaction
