Position: Financial Analyst for Portfolio Management
Location: Spruce Grove

Act as a key financial partner in portfolio management as a Senior Financial Analyst. Oversee planning and reporting while enhancing operational efficiency within the infrastructure sector.

Become an integral part of the North American Portfolio Management team, driving value-creation initiatives across various infrastructure assets. Responsible for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, you will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely submission of financial results while supporting strategic business decisions. Your insights will guide performance evaluations and forecasting efforts to optimize the asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial performance and articulate findings

• Oversee annual business planning processes

• Prepare technical accounting analysis and memos

• Coordinate with external service providers

• Conduct strategic ad-hoc analysis

Requirements:

• CPA, CA with previous Big 4 experience

• Strong analytical and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Detail-oriented; comfortable with complexity

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations
