This role reports to the President and oversees all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Candidates should be experienced in financial governance and possess a strategic mindset to facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all finance and accounting functions including budgeting and reporting

• Ensure reliability in financial reporting to stakeholders

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting cadence

• Build financial systems for a scaling environment

• Improve integration of CRM and accounting platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• CPA designation strongly preferred

• Minimum of 7 years in finance leadership roles

• Experience in high-performance or private equity environments

• Proven capacity to enhance business systems
