Contribute to the success of the CBRE Edmonton office as a Financial Analyst. Your expertise in financial modeling and real estate analysis will be critical in supporting investment decisions.
As part of the National Investment Team, your role will encompass detailed financial analysis, scenario assessments, and tenant lease reviews critical to commercial real estate investments. You will engage in comprehensive market research and contribute to strategic presentations that influence key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial analysis and create cash flow models
• Evaluate investment returns and profitability metrics
• Review and analyze tenant leases for financial implications
• Conduct research on market conditions and comparables
• Compile marketing presentations and research reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field, emphasis in Finance is a plus
• 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience preferred
• Expert in Excel with proficiency in Power Point
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
