You will report to the Director of Finance, leading the financial modeling process for new and active projects. Responsibilities include creating complex proformas, conducting risk analysis, and refining financial templates to enhance departmental accuracy. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience in underwriting or financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop financial models for investment opportunities
• Analyze cash flows and market trends for projects
• Conduct ad-hoc sensitivity analyses to assess risk
• Present findings to executives and development teams
• Mentor financial analysts in complex tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years in financial analysis or underwriting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in real estate development preferred
• Working towards CFA or CPA is a plus
