Key Responsibilities:
• Design governance frameworks for machine learning models
• Integrate human judgment into operational workflows
• Develop risk strategies that evolve with AI tools

• Implement safeguards against bias and regulatory exposure
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in credit risk or quantitative risk analysis
• Experience with ML model building and validation
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Ability to convey analysis to non-technical stakeholders
