This hands-on role involves owning the month-end close, conducting variance analyses, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the month-end close process, including journal entries

• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide insights

• Prepare financial reports monthly and quarterly

• Support year-end audits with external auditors

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation or actively pursuing with progress

• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting and reporting

• Hands-on experience in month-end and audit processes

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
