Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate benefit inquiries and plan provisions
• Establish and maintain up-to-date member records
• Authorize and manage benefit entitlements
• Participate in client reports and process improvements
• Respond to diverse queries from plan participants
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2 years in pension administration or analysis
• Familiarity with benefits legislation
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
