Wawanesa is hiring an Actuarial Consultant or Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Pricing Research and Development team. In this role, you will research and analyze data to optimize our pricing sophistication while mentoring junior analysts in actuarial methods. Your contributions will shape future pricing strategies impacting our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data research and manipulation

• Lead and manage diverse actuarial projects

• Identify industry trends and their implications

• Develop innovative problem-solving approaches

• Mentor analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related discipline

• Over 4 years of actuarial work experience is preferred

• ACAS designation or completion of 7 CAS exams an asset

• Experience in automation and pricing modeling

• Strong teamwork and project handling capabilities
