Position: YESS Finance Leadership Manager
Take charge of financial operations at YESS, a not-for-profit in Edmonton. This full-time position emphasizes strategic planning and compliance to support youth in need.

In your role as Manager of Finance, you will oversee all financial functions, ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility. You'll work closely with internal teams to solidify financial processes and assist in long-term planning, while keeping financial goals aligned with YESS’s mission. The position heavily focuses on collaboration with stakeholders for optimal financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial updates to Leadership

• Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Manage departmental operations and develop team talent

• Supervise timely preparation of financial reports

• Mitigate financial risks through effective strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA certification or similar qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive finance experience

• Track record in financial strategy implementation

• Experience with charitable organizations preferred
