Position: Amrize Controller – Finance Management Leader
Location: Stony Plain

Step into a pivotal role as a Controller with Amrize North America. Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial strategies and ensure precision in financial reporting.

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing plant accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting. You will interpret and analyze financial data to inform key decisions, all while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your leadership will drive financial alignment across departments and reinforce best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management presentations and financial statements

• Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations

• Ensure accurate reconciliations of asset and liability accounts

• Collaborate with management on strategic planning

• Manage inventory controls and conduct monthly reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 5 years of increasing financial management responsibility

• Professional accounting designation required

• Solid knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP preferred

• Excellent leadership and influencing capabilities

Lead financial accuracy and drive improvements in all financial processes as a Controller at Amrize North America.
