In this full-time position, you will report to the Controller and collaborate with the accounting team to uphold high standards in financial management. Strong attention to detail is crucial as you manage employee expenses, oversee vendor transactions, and assist in asset management. Your expertise will contribute to creating effective financial strategies in a recovery-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order hardware for new hires and manage assets
• Review employee credit card expenses for accuracy
• Send notifications regarding finalized visa statements
• Oversee vendor expenses in Sage Intacct and Quick Books Online
• Handle courier services and mail pickups
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven accounting experience, preferably in startups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills for diverse interactions
