As a key player at COLAS CANADA INC., you will measure the financial health of the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT project. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in project controls, budget preparation, and risk management. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain budget adherence and provide critical insights that drive project decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed target and revised budgets at project milestones
• Analyze variances and suggest corrective action plans
• Generate and compare earned values against actual costs
• Review risks and opportunities with the project team
• Collaborate on joint venture reporting and analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years in project controls for civil projects
• Proficient in Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office
• Basic engineering knowledge essential
• Comfortable navigating on-site construction terrains
