Join Homeward Trust in its mission to end homelessness in Edmonton as a Finance Clerk for a 10-week placement. You'll engage in key financial functions, from verifying invoices to processing payments, while fostering meaningful change through our organization. Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on impactful community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify invoice accuracy and prepare for payment approvals

• Process expenses and credit card transactions efficiently

• Maintain and post entries for bank deposits

• Enter financial claims from partner agencies accurately

• Prepare invoices for receivables in line with procedures

Requirements:

• Active enrollment in Finance or related program

• Some experience in administrative roles or internships is beneficial

• Interest in the non-profit sector is desirable

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
