Air Liquide offers an exciting opportunity to join their finance team as an Accounts Receivable Agent. You'll engage with customers to facilitate collections, handle disputes, and ensure accurate account monitoring. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily collection efforts for assigned accounts
• Monitor account balances for timely payment collection
• Collaborate to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
• Keep detailed records of all communications and collection activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; finance education is an asset
• 3 years of experience in finance or accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
