Position: Financial Project Analyst Role

In this role, you’ll take charge of the financial oversight for projects, offering detailed reporting on costs and budgets to project managers and senior leadership. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you manage billing processes and assist in budgeting and forecasting, all while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor project financial performance

• Generate bi-weekly cost reports and summaries

• Ensure accurate billing and revenue processes

• Assist in developing and updating project budgets

• Maintain documentation for audit compliance

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years’ experience in project accounting

• Strong understanding of job-costing methods

• Proficient in accounting software like Sage
300 or SAP

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
