This role involves overseeing daily collection activities for a designated portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage collection activities for assigned customer accounts

• Identify and escalate credit risks as needed
• Document all collection activities and communications
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
