This position in the Finance Department involves ensuring financial accuracy and supporting overall compliance. You will communicate effectively with Corporate Payroll regarding benefits reconciliations and assist the Controller in reviewing monthly financial reports. A strong accounting background and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile Payroll benefits and resolve invoicing issues
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations with various locations
• Assist in reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations monthly
• Support inventory reconciliation and process evaluation
• Document work instructions for enhanced task clarity
Requirements:
• CPA designation or in the final stages
• At least five years of accounting experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Analytical and conflict resolution expertise
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
