You will manage real estate investment transactions across multiple platforms including Sim Corp Dimension, eFront, Aladdin, and Yardi Voyager. This position requires strong analytical skills and compliance with internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process investment transactions with precision

• Coordinate investment setups with stakeholders

• Validate quarterly market values for fund investments

• Perform cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reports

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 3+ years in accounting or financial analysis

• Progress toward professional accounting designation preferred

• Strong Microsoft skills and analytical capabilities

• Effective communication and organization skills
