This role involves building strong customer relationships while guiding them through day-to-day banking solutions. As a trainee, you will educate customers about mobile and online banking, helping them navigate emerging digital trends. Your responsibilities will include supporting staff transactions and finding ways to improve branch operations for enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in banking advice and service transactions
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking solutions
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements for better branch operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or 1+ years of experience
• IFC certification within 6 months post-appointment
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks
Drive customer satisfaction and banking knowledge in this dynamic role with TD in Edmonton.
