Elevate your career with Toromont Cat as a Credit Administrator in Windsor. This full-time, permanent position involves reviewing customer accounts and managing collections effectively.
As a Credit Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting sales and management teams while maintaining customer relations. Your tasks will encompass regular account reviews, credit issue escalations, and documentation management. Excel reporting will be essential for analyzing credit limits and collection forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly meet with credit agents to discuss account statuses
• Escalate credit-related issues for prompt resolution
• Manage and organize collection and legal files
• Approve and ensure proper sales releases for machinery
• Create Excel models for credit and collection analysis
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required for the role
• 3 to 5 years of experience in credit administration
• Accounting education preferred for added knowledge
• Strong Excel skills for analytics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
