In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated block of group retirement plan clients, enhancing client relationships, and driving business development. Your strong sales skills and technical knowledge will be essential to provide high-quality consulting support and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities with potential retirement clients
• Serve as the primary consultant for a dedicated client block
• Build long-term relationships with plan sponsors and stakeholders
• Lead annual plan reviews and performance assessments
• Advise clients on plan design and governance enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in group retirement insurance
• Valid LLQP license or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment strategies
• Ability to manage projects while maintaining client focus
