Financial Controller Assistant

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented financial professional to work closely with the CFO. Your tasks will include preparing comprehensive financial statements, leading closing processes, and performing important account reconciliations. In this collaborative role, you will also support budgeting, forecasting, and engage in special projects aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements

• Facilitate month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Process GST returns and manage invoices

• Conduct variance analyses for strategic decisions

• Support compliance with ASPE and tax regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle accounting expertise

• Proficient in Quick Books, Odoo, Dayforce, and Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication of financial results
