Join the Asset Management Group as an Analyst focused on Portfolio Management in St. Albert. This full-time position provides a pathway in real estate finance through mortgage investments.
As part of a dedicated team, you will report to the Manager of Portfolio Management and support the administration of mortgage investments for a broad array of investors. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or closely related fields, with strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
This role offers exposure to various projects and opportunities to optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate regular portfolio reporting for investors
• Review the sufficiency of interest reserves for loans
• Analyze financial statements and property performance reports
• Monitor investments for optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate
• Preferred experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong financial analysis and Excel competency
• Attention to detail with effective communication
• Adept at multi-tasking in fast-paced settings
