This hands-on role involves owning the month-end close, conducting variance analyses, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. The position requires working closely with leadership and contributing to a stable accounting team, fully in-office.

• Execute the month-end close process, including journal entries
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide insights
• Prepare financial reports monthly and quarterly
• Support year-end audits with external auditors
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• CPA designation or actively pursuing with progress
• Solid experience in full-cycle accounting and reporting
• Hands‑on experience in month-end and audit processes
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance teams
