As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate forecasts and budgets while analyzing financial variances. Collaborating closely with Corporate Finance, program leaders, and managers, you’ll help translate complex data into actionable insights that inform organizational priorities and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly forecasts and maintain annual budgets accurately
• Analyze financial variances for actionable insights
• Interpret financial results for strategic planning
• Review funding agreements for compliance and commitments
• Compile obligations for year-end reporting and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation mandatory
• Minimum three years of experience in financial reporting
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
