We are looking for an Accounting Technician with proven experience in managing financial records and preparing accurate reports.

Your role will involve calculating payroll, depreciation, and other key financial activities while using various accounting software systems. Flexibility in working hours is required due to the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques for timely payments

• Maintain comprehensive financial records and ledgers

• Prepare tax returns and maintain trial balances

• Produce various financial reports for management

• Adhere to security protocols with confidential information

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting software like Oracle and Simply Accounting

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Must pass a drug test and criminal record check

• Eligible to work in Canada
